5. Shipping & Delivery

Partners: We ship via PosLaju, CityLink etc., and shall provide tracking details, depending on which courier is available and selected.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or logistics are beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: Responsibility for products transfers to you upon delivery confirmation.
6. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Unopened with seal intact, unused products in original undamaged packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 24 hours of delivery for replacements. Damaged/Defective items caused by customer negligence shall not eligible for return/ refund.
