1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in Malaysia).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT+8 will be processed on the next business day.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within Malaysia)

  • Shipping Partners: We use Pos Laju, CityLink etc. for deliveries, depending on availability.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

    • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Free shipping for orders above RM50 within Malaysia.

    • Flat rate of [Insert Fee, e.g., RM10] for orders below the threshold.


3. International Shipping

  • Available Countries: We currently ship to Singapore.

  • Shipping Partners: SF Express, Ninja Van etc., subject to availability

  • Estimated Delivery Times: 7–14 business days (varies by destination).

  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping on orders above RM180. Flat rate shipping fee of RM50 for orders RM179 and below.

  • Customs & Duties:

    • International customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

    • Check your country’s regulations before ordering.


4. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

  • Use the tracking link to monitor your package’s status. Contact the courier directly for delivery issues.


5. Delivery Address & Changes

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for errors or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

  • To change your address, contact us within 1 business day of ordering. Changes after dispatch are not guaranteed.


6. Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages may be deemed undeliverable due to:

    • Invalid/insufficient address.

    • Repeated failed delivery attempts.

    • Customs refusal.

  • Refunds (minus shipping costs) or reshipment (additional fees apply) will be offered at our discretion.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is lost, we will investigate with the courier and reship or refund you when verified.

  • Damaged During Shipping:

    • Report damage within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging before, during and after opening.

    • We will replace the item or issue a refund, whichever appropriate.


8. Shipping Delays

  • Delays may occur due to:

    • Public holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Raya).

    • Weather events, natural disasters, or carrier strikes.

    • Customs inspections (international orders).

  • We will notify you of significant delays and assist where possible.


9. Returns & Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Use a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not liable for lost return packages.
