1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

  • We accept refunds or returns within 7 days of delivery if:

    • The item is unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition

    • The item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error.

  • Non-refundable items: Custom/personalized products, tampered seal, used items, digital downloads, perishables, or items marked "final sale."

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of delivery at strntum@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return + photos (if defective/damaged).

  2. We’ll email return instructions (e.g., address, courier options).

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within [5–10 business days] of receiving the returned item.

  • For store credit or exchanges, notify us in your request.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: You pay return shipping unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item sent).

  • For damaged/defective items, we’ll cover return shipping.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us first to confirm stock.

6. Statutory Rights

  • This policy doesn’t override your rights under Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999.
