The item is unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition

The item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-refundable items: Custom/personalized products, tampered seal, used items, digital downloads, perishables, or items marked "final sale."
2. How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return + photos (if defective/damaged).

We’ll email return instructions (e.g., address, courier options).
3. Refund Process

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer responsibility: You pay return shipping unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item sent).
